The trainers at the Rookie Academy EU have been teaching skiing in a variety of ski schools around the world since 2006. From 1,300 instructor sized ski schools in the biggest name destination resorts to 11 person quaint ski schools in the alps and 30 person high end clientele schools in Japan. 

During that time they have held head trainer, supervisor & assistant manager roles gathering years of experience and knowledge on how ski schools operate and the skills every instructor needs to know to get their clients coming back for more.
